The owner is very VERY rude, specially if you are a female, he will ignore you and just because you look Hispanic he will assume you do not speak English. I got $700.00 worth of flowers that were burned from possibly been in the refrigerator too long. After my event I did have to throw them away as they were looking as they were 7 to 8 days old. Putting aside the poor customer service, the quality of the flowers is very poor taking in consideration the prices you are paying for. Our order was supposed to be ready at 10am, we arrived at 11:00am and he did not want to release the flowers until his employee (who took the order) got back from running errands, we then have to come back. We did not wait since in a prior occasion we waited for 2 hrs for someone to take our order, I guess we should have take that as a sign. more
