I had to send my Rowenta Iron to Action for a warrenty repair. When I called to see if it arrived safely, the person I talked to was nice and let me know everything was fine and they would be looking at it that week. By the end of the week I recieved a phone call from Robin letting me know that my iron was unfixable and they were forwarding the information on to Rowenta. She also offered to help me if I did not recieve my iron in a timely matter. I am happy with the outcome of the situation and would recommend Action Small Appliance Sales for any repairs.
