Clearly, County Line Dense - er, Fence - has never heard the words ""Customer Service"". In August 2011 we made the huge mistake of contracting with these clowns to repair our horse fence, and to replace any posts and rails that, in their professional opinion, needed replacing. The estimate was several thousand dollars, which included a diagram indicating what they'd repair and what they'd replace. The day they were scheduled to begin, I stayed home from work, but no one came from County Line, or answered their office phone. I called throughout the day, growing ever more frustrated, but all I got was voice mail. The next day when I called yet again, I was advised that everyone had been at a company picnic the day before. This should have been my clue to cancel the contract and find another fence company. I wish I had. The fence was put up quickly, but no one came from the company to supervise or check the work once completed. The men who installed the fence did not seem to be receiving any instruction from HQ about what needed to be done, so I called and reiterated the need for cementing the posts. Everything looked good for about a month, until the fence literally began to disintegrate before our eyes, and our horses took to simply popping the gate off its hinges and strolling out, or leaning on posts which had not been cemented as contracted, and so easily gave way to provide egress.Rails were splitting like toothpicks, while I called and emailed to complain. Finally, ""Matt"" came from County Line. Matt noted that the posts had not been cemented as I had repeatedly requested, and commented that the gate had been incorrectly hung, but he did nothing to remedy the situation.
