was in the ft. lauderdale area for the weekend and was taken here by some of my buddies. i had never been to a place like this, but i would definitely frequent one. a massive salad bar with the amount of ingredients they had would get me more interested in salads! all of the ingredients were fresh, and you could make a massive, HEALTHY, heaping meal for a very affordable price. also, i am not a fan of buffet style eateries, but this one establishment has changed my thoughts about salads and buffets so much i went back the next day before i left... GREAT PLACE!
