Terrible service, poor quality product. I had a similar experience to other reviewers. We returned a tux a few hours late and got slapped with a $20 late fee (on a $70 rental) which is just stupid expensive.
The clerk / wench at the counter was rude and all but refused to give us a receipt for the return OR ridiculous the $20 late fee.
STAY AWAY! - Go elsewhere (Men's Warehouse for example) and get a better quality product and much better service for less money.
