I worked for a non-profit shelter for dog on my days off. We have been going to this laundry service. The people that work there are nice. This morning I had to wash two load of towels, one of the washing machine stop before it finish. Same thing happens to another lady. I had to move the laundry to another machine. Same thing happens. I had to try another washing machine. The machine start to has smoke coming out. I had to stop the washing. I was looking everywhere and trying to find their phone number. There is no number any where. The person who is usually there has a sign on the door(no number) and no one there. Finally the owner(I see him before- A older Asian man) show up, before I even have time to explain to him what happens. He yells at me and accuse me ""OVERLOADING"" his machine. He yell ""I know you, you wash towles, I don't make money"" It was not overlaod. There is many time when the machine are not working. I never complain, never ask my money back. Instead of trying to find out what happen, he seems to have anger problem. I am sorry you don't make money - Close the shop if you are losing money! I am sorry if you don't want people to wash towles - POST A SIGN - I can't read your mind ! It is not a big deal for me. Next time before you start yelling at anyone, FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!
