Longhorn took great care of us. They made what could be a stressful, annoying process extremely easy. Great service -- they told us what to expect, then followed through with excellent communication throughout. They simplified the insurance process, and repaired the vehicle well and in a timely manner. Larry and the front office staff were friendly and thorough. I highly recommend. I hope we don't need their services again -- but if we do, we absolutely will go back. -HH
