Any time I need to have my main sewer line cleaned I call Roto-Rooter. Bob Spitzer was sent to my house most recently, but all of the plumbers I've met from Roto-Rooter have been great. I can't tell you how much I appreciated not only the clean, courteous and professional work today, but also the sage advice that can only come from someone with Bob's experience. As Dayton area plumbers go, he has to be one of the best. He understood more than the plumbing situation and talked me through the risks of owning and renting a house with persistent sewer line issues. I will ask for Bob in a couple years when the line needs another cleaning. I just hope he doesn't retire again before I need him. Please keep working, Bob. If you don't, at least I know I can count on Stanley Avenue's other Roto-Rooter guys to be just as professional. Thanks!
