I've been a client of Pelage for almost a year. I've been treated several times by the owner Joanne, who has gone out of her way to help me. I have really thick, dark, full-coverage body hair, and I have always been embarrassed by it. I chose Pelage for my laser hair removal because Joanne was really quick and professional about answering questions via email when I was just researching the spa. Then she took about 30 minutes to answer more questions over the phone....before I was even a client.
