I also had photographs taken at the Arboretum. They gave me a piece of paper with contact information, and a wrong phone number. I googled to find out their correct phone number, and called them. The person who answered the phone (a man) hung up on me, and when I tried to call back several times, I just got Haynsworth's voicemail. I had a feeling this was deliberate, and they did not want to deal with questions. They also never responded to the voicemail that I left for them. I eventually got my photograph, it was okay, not great. I would not recommend them to anyone.
