This is the WORST BANK I have ever done business with. I need to say, here, that I have a very long history of banking at the same location on Cameron Road. I started with First Federal in '81. It was sold to Guaranty around '00. BBVA took over Guaranty, recently. Since that takeover, things have gone downhill, fast. The employee turnover is lightning fast. That says much about the institution, itself. Do you want to see new tellers each time you stop by? Do you feel good about high turnover of people handling your money? BBVA now has done away with deposit slips! Yep, you read that right. Each new thing they pull is a turn for the worse. I could go on, but there are too many things to list. I have moved most of my money out. With this latest no deposit slip stunt, I will close my account, soon.
