I was due to have my carpets cleaned, and had previously used a different company, and was not satisfied. So, I asked a couple of my friends to see who they were using. To my amazement, they both referred me to Diamond Carpet Care. So, I called and spoke with the owner, Bill. He was not only pleasant, but he was also very knowledgable and honest.\r
I told him my carpet cleaning horror story and he promised that his company would not be that way.\r
They not only restored the look of my carpets, but he and his technician, Andrew, were very professional.\r
