Whenever I try unlocking my back door, I turn the key and sometimes the lock is difficult to turn, it doesn't happen all the time but when it does, I sit there for literally 5 minutes just trying to get it unlocked. I usually go through my back door when I park in the garage, which is most of the time and I'm getting tired of trying multiple times so I finally gave you guys a call. Now it's working perfect.
