I moved to The Houston area in August of 2005 and my sister bought us some Rye from Three Brothers, Their Corn Rye is more like Russian Rye or white bread. New Years day 2011 we gave Three Brothers another try worse then the first time, this time the bread was like pure air with no solid consistency and lousy crust. It doesn't even taste good toasted! If someone would open up a good Jewish bakery in competition they would put them out of business. I decided to make my own Corn Rye and it turned out better tasting the first try. I really wonder where Three Brother got their Recipe.
