Recently I took a pair of shoes in to be repaired and it took over a month to get them back. And then when I picked them up and wore them for the first time afterwards the heel broke totally off the shoe. Upon calling Creech to tell what happened, I was told that I could bring them back to be repaired at a cost to me, NOT. WILL NOT BE RETURNTHERE EVER!!!!
