I'm disappointed with my experience. I specifically went here bc of the great reviews, however I found the staff to be on the rude side. I asked about prices and when I told them what I once paid, they snickered at me. I asked for advice on how to repair shoes, the staff at the counter stood there and looked at me as if I had 5 heads. I was asking the owner about a certain repair and he walked away while I was in mid-sentence. I found the experience to be disappointing and I won't be going back. I'm not basing this on one experience, I went there twice- bc I really want to find a good shoe repair spot, they repaired a few boots of mine, but they certainly did not look new, the work is good, but for the costs of the repairs, I'd expect my shoes to be returned to me looking new, and at the least, cleaned after they did work. I'm disappointed- overall pricey & the staff was not helpful or courteous.
