I absolutely love Morning Crunch. I have been going to boot camp for about a year now. Attending was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. The workouts are tough, but this isn't the kind of boot camp where you'll be yelled at - instructors are encouraging and motivating, and you can take breaks if needed. I always leave feeling accomplished.
