I was extremely shocked when I read the last review about this spa. First of all lets start with the headline " Old Russian School Service" does this mean you don't think Russians are capable of giving good service? Plus there are very few russians that work there so obviously this person is very prejudice and does not know what they are talking about. Then the statement about the interior of the spa, how it is old school russian and not much of a spa feeling. This spa has a very nice, cozy, classic look to it, this spa has been here for over 20 years it is not some pop-up chain. So my question is why did you go to get a facial? was it just to relax? or did you want to get results of a particular issue, aging, acne or just a deep cleaning to keep your skin looking clean and vibrant? whatever the reason at this place you go to get results! Lia has been known for many years to provide the best facials in town with very experienced facialists. This review is totally out of line and unacceptable!
