flat out lied regarding redemption. purchased gold coins that were, supposedly, so rare that I paid a 10% premium on the purchase. However, the caveat was that you would gain back the 10% once gold prices soared, and we would pay the spot price of gold for your coins since they were American Eaglea and the fact you bought them from here, as long as the prices of gold were stable. I counted on that and let the white haired old fart at the Arapaoe store know that's why I was buyt ng at that price. However, when I was pressed to leave on a business deal, on the way to the airport, that white haired old fart would not honor the spot price for American Eagles, screwing me over for over for several hundred dollars on a low money transaction. He can spout off all he wants as I have the receipts. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
