My elderly parents "baby" was in respiratory distress and they took him to this "vet". (I am using that term for lack of a better one. They have a sign saying exams are 89.00 however they made my parents give them $500.00 cash to even look at Shorty even though he was very distressed. After a while they told my mom she needed to leave him there but only if she gave them $1200.00 up front. I had access to transfer money for them to vet but as soon as my dad told them he would have to get the extra money and would have it when they picked up Shorty the next morning her comment was "do you have good credit?" "you can just take your dog home if you don't have the money right now". They told my mom and dad that he was alert and sitting up then. That was not true at all he could not even stand up.
