Someone hit my car in a parking lot, and was of course, nice enough not to leave a note. I discovered the damage when I was giving a friend a ride home, and the passenger door made an ugly sound when they opened it. I've heard good things about Gamboa's, so I took the car to their Rancho Cordova location. Roman was friendly, he suggested ways to lower my deductible, (my front bumper was already slightly scuffed, so it didn't need to be replaced, so I took an "appearance allowance on it...) he did all the necessary work with my insurance company, (after reporting the claim, I didn't have to do anything else.) and now, my car looks better than it did before the a$#*(&ole hit me. :) And, on top of all that, They give you a 5% rebate on the cost of the repairs, and that knocked even more off my deductible . I hope not to have to use them again, but if I do, they are the ones I am going to for repairs.
