We at Dungans Floors would like to say Thank You Collin County for voting us the #1 floor store by the Readers Choice Awards 4 years in a row in the Mckinney Courier Gazette. We are sad to see a few reviews on this website that reflects poorly on Dungans Floors, however this website apparently does not make a person prove that they have actually had work done thru our store. If you write on our website, that is managed by an independent company, and it was not posted, it was only because you were never a customer here. We also suggest that you search the BBB who is a legitimate company that requires proof that services were done by Dungans Floors. You may notice that we have an A+ rating and we are an accredited business with the BBB. There is a very good reason we have been in business in Mckinney, Texas for 30 years and going strong.
