I recently moved to the north bay and am remodeling my home. I have been to Friedman's several times, but always go to Lowes because Lowes is WAY more helpful and I can go to Lowes after work or on holidays. I even had a sales person at Friedman's say, ""you except me to walk up to the front of the store?"" Yes, yes I do sir. And I've never ever found anyone in the bath section to even say hello to. Occassionally, I ran into very helpful saleswomen but both those ladies were the exception to service at Friedmans. I don't know how they stay in business. Oh, the website sucks, so you do actually have to go there to see if they have something in stock.
