I have been a tenant with The Parkoff Org. for over 6 years, always paid my rent on time, gave supers enough notice of a problem when possible, etc etc, and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. lol\r

In my NYC Building, love the staff, the grounds, and location. \r
\r
I also work in the Real Estate field, and have come to realize that most people who complain so much, are doing it because they dont pay their rent, and when the company comes after them, then they start finding problems and reasons to not pay, crying HARRASSMENT lol.\r
