We went to The Home Depot (HD) for a quote on Hardwood Floors and compared them to Floors Done Wright (FDW). FDW was half the price and twice the quality. HD was lazy and instead of removing the baseboard they wanted us to adda quarter round molding at the bottom. That would have looked really ugly. But FDW took the time to remove the baseboard, install the floor and then reinstall the baseboard. Much better option than HDs suggestion of adding a quarter round molding. Also, HD wanted us to purchase $300 worth of ""transitions"" to install where the wood floor meets our carpte. FDW made this a seamless installation that looks WAY BETTER than a transition would have. They were meticulous and very detail oriented. I highly recommend them.
