I have recently started renting a slip at this marina. I have come to the conclusion that they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I think they have a spoiled attitude that since they have a waiting list of people beating down their doors to get into a slip (only because it is about the most convenient marina to nashville) their customer service and appreciation for their customers is NON-EXISTENT.
