Is unprofessional. When given a robe before my massage I noticed it had a make up stain on it that looked new, like someone had just worn it, when I picked it up it had some one elses hair on it and also I could smelll their perfume!! When I asked for another robe, the owner Donna, snapped at my friend and I and was rude, basically accusing me of wiping my face on the robe and saying it was my hair. Upon getting my massage I paid for the upgrade and I was shorted for time that I was getting dressed and undressed!! I paid for a massage (not impressive) for an hour and I got 41 minutes. Its not worth the money, spend the extra time to drive to southlake and get it done out there. Not recommended.
