I and many other victims of this scam are afraid to come forward because of our immigration status, but its time that this comes to an end. Seamens Harvest Ministries located at 1822 N University Dr, Plantation, FL 33322 is operating a multi-million dollar business and passing it off as a non-profit organization. They lure naive immigrants with promises of legal status through their organization in exchange for membership, which require numerous lump sum fees. I have paid upwards to $6000 dollars for them to apply for my legal status, little did I know, they applied for me as a religious worker, which ended up getting denied. They charge people in increments of $1000-$1500 for paperwork filed and paperwork received, then leaving their victims to fend for themselves when their work permits are expired. Alberto Alers is the front man of this business, fast talking and evading concerned immigrant's questions with stories of how he is help rebuild our home countries. He claims to work for the USCIS office in Miami, which he does not, I'm sure that that is a crime somewhere. The owner of this organization is ANA CACERES, who barely speaks english, but everyone in that office reports to her. Many old and new people pile their office in hopes of getting their money back or in hopes of gaining status. THIS IS WRONG!!!! And i plan to sue them in court as soon as my current status is not an issue. Someone needs to expose them for who they are, and it needs to happen now!!! Thanks for listening.
