My mother and I both got our hair cut there during their back to school special. Our haircuts were on different days y different stylists and both of us are extremely unhappy with how our haircuts came out. I just asked for a shoulder length cut with layers and angled bangs. My hair is so uneven and there are lines with each layer. She also cut my bangs completely wrong and too short so there is no way of fixing them. I have been happier with my cuts and beauty schools and custom cuts. I thought because Glow was running a Special I would try them to get a more professional cut, but I was wrong. The staff is also very stuck up and make you feel uncomfortable. When my mom was asked where she usually got her hair done and she replied Custom Cuts. The employee stopped and looked at another employee and snickered. That was super rude. I definitely do not recommend going there. The servives are definitely not worth there expensive prices.
