This company installed my heat pump/air conditioning system 7 yrs ago. My old unit put out 2x better than this one. They were out several times in the beginning to try to find out why my house wasn't getting cool enough. Finally I gave up. Now the unit quit working. They tried to rip me off first charging me over $450 and not knowing what was wrong. Then it went up to almost $800 with no guarantees. Then they thought it was the compressor and said it would be a minimum of $3500 to fix and no guarantee that was even the problem. I called the office and talked to some supervisor. They were going to send out a senior tech that afternoon or the next day and said he would call. No tech ever showed up and no call as promised. I sent them away and called another company. Turns out, the compressor is still under warranty. The new company was extremely honest and I will use them for now on. Don't use this company unless you like throwing money away. Giving the one star is way too many.
