Last year I had occasion to use the MVP Physical Therapy services for a foot-related issue and found the therapy and the staff to be superb. Even my doctor, who had no previous experience with them, remarked at how thorough they were in my treatment and communication with him. The staff are highly trained and experienced professionals who showed the utmost of concern about my progress.
Recently I was diagnosed with severe lumbardic spinal stenosis. Again the treatment is making a difference and the staff - some new - show the greatest care about my therapy and progress.
My observation - by listening to the other clients and observation of the work going on in the gym - is that this attitude pervades the facility. Obviously quality customer care is a feature of their organizational culture.
