\r My husband and I have been customers for Pioneer Water nearly 12 years. Last week I called Pioneer to ask if I could give them a check posted for the 27th. They would not accept that so I had to wait for the 25th, which is last day to pay before they disconnect. We unfortuntely didn't get there with our payment untill 5:12pm. The doors were locked but the ladies that work there were still there. When My husband dropped the envelope thru their night drop box when one lady walked to the door, picked it up while giving my husband a rude look. She then just turned and walked away. We had never had our water disconnected before so I really didn't know what to expect. I was hoping they posted it for the 25th. Boy was I Wrong!! Called them as soon as they were opened the next day and was told since I didn't pay for the disconnect fee that the water was going to be turned off. Went there to pay the $50 disconnect fee and while I was waiting for one of the ladies to notice I was standing there I had heard them talking about other costumer's that had called to complain about the disconnection process. One lady turned from her computer, looked @ me and said ""That's what you did. You paid after 5 oclock. "" I thought that was rude!! The water wasn't turned back on till later that day. If we could get water from another company we would! I don't know how much it cost now but we paid a $50.00 deposit for us to get our water account. I wish there was a way the fee could be taken from that.\r more
