I walked over after work and was taken care of right away by helpful staff and friendly Tanya. Tanya was delightful as she cut my hair and seemed to do a good job. The she blew my hair our and it looked very good.\r
Then she began cutting my hair again with comb scissors and destroyed the cut. She then attempted to cover up her mistakes by palstering my hair with products and hair spray. When I got home and combed through all the unneccesary hair paste, one side was about 1/2 inch longer than the other side. She then mangled my bangs so that the short and sassy layered cut looked chopped and awkward. I went back to the salon explained what hapopend and asked for Tanya .\r
The receptionist , was so cold and clearly annoyed when she told me I had to wait til Tanya came back in 3 days. She called Tanya and then ignored me as she rolled her eyes and waited for her to call back. I then explained to Lisa what had happend and showed her. She lsitened as I wanted to cry. After talking with Tanya, Lisa agreed to fix my hair.\r
Thanks to lisa, both sides are now even but the cut still needs alot of repair. Unfortunately I have to let it grow a bit more.
