I've tried this service twice. The first time my food was delivered missing an item I ordered. It was the last order of the day and I tried calling but they had closed. I emailed their offices. They offered me a credit for that item toward a future purchase which I accepted. I never received any kind of coupon or receipt so was unable to ever use it. I ordered again online at a much later date deciding to give them another try, and they again got my order wrong ( I have a receipt of the order). When I discovered they had given me the wrong item I called and they said they could reorder the item and bring it to me. By then it was 9:30 pm and I didn't want to wait another hour to eat a salad which would be delivered around 10:30pm. They also said the only other thing was to give me a credit for that item toward a future order. I asked if they could refund just the wrong item and they said they could not give me a refund on that item without contacting the corporate offices. They could only give credit toward a future order. I declined since I have already tried the service twice unsuccessfully. I have eaten in the restaurant they picked the food up from many times over the past 5 years which has a system for checking all take out food and making sure the items are what are ordered. Because both orders were the last ones of the day (8pm) I think that Delicious Deliveries punched in my orders wrong both times which is why neither the restaurant nor the delivery person caught the mistake. I think I will pass on using this service again. more
