My son had to have his senior pictures taken for school through Casson-Foster. I received a phone call confirming his appointment (thank God because I lost the original appt. card my son had made). I called them back to get directions and ask what he needed. They were very very polite and helpful on the phone. Later that evening I went onto the web to google/search for them. I found all of these reviews which to say the least were horrible. Immediately I became nervous as to whether I should use them or not. I walked into their office a couple of days later fully expecting to be treated rudely and having a horrible session. I just have to say that these people were absolutely amazing!!! The photographer who took my sons pictures laughed and joked with him the whole time and helped him with all of the poses. My son is physically handicapped and uses the aid of crutches to walk with however, he also can skateboard. The photographer spent time with my son to make sure that he could get his skateboard into his poses and worked with him so that he didn't even have to have his crutches in the pictures. My son's reaction to this photographer was that he was ""mad cool""!
