This is my first ever written review for a business. I felt compelled to do it because of the excellent customer service I received from Dick Hannah VW and I want to share my experience with anyone who is shopping for a VW vehicle. Our salesperson Ricky Ballantine works tirelessly to help us find the right vehicle, despite an intermittent douse of liquid sunshine that day. We looked at and test drove quite a few models, not just VW but Subaru as well. Ricky is always courteous and helpful. And there is Travis Millward, Sales Manager, who put together a good package for us to consummate the purchase. But what impressed me the most is the follow-through on a commitment made at the time of the sale. It was not a lip service, Travis actually delivers! My summation, Dick Hannah VW is an excellent dealership!
