I have been a customer of Norris of Houston for over 20 years and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is very professional, efficient and always ready to help you with a cheery smile, a drink or whatever you need to lift your mood. My hair stylist is Debbie and I do agree that NOBODY knows hair color better. My hair is very fine and I always feel like she has added hair to my head as it always looks great and feels great! Everyone is so accomodating that I can get a color, cut, manicure & Pedicure in record time and still get back to work for my meetings, but looking ever so much better. I have my favorites; Debbie for my hair, Kim for my toes and Lisa for my fingernails, however everyone else is also great, as witnessed by the satisfied customers and beautiful job they do on your body. I have also used Norris for massages and facials and have been more than satisfied. I just cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service, from the front desk to the shampoo center. I have done "girls day out" with my grand daughters - each of us enjoying haircuts, pedicures and manicures together, while enjoying a catered lunch. They are always thrilled. Recently I enjoyed side by side pedicures with my husband, who had never had one before. Now he cannot wait to go back and made me promise to take him next time I go.
