Leer West Inc in Woodland failed to deliver a quality product. On 6/12/2010 purchased a Leer XQ canopy invoice number is B013322. We pick up the canopy on 6/29/10. After noticing the failed issues with the XQ canopy. With the paint did not match up with the truck, the rear hatch would not close and stay closed, off color paint spot on the side of the cap, and the fit to my 2009 GMC Sierra Crewcab truck was not right at all. In fact the dealer installed plumber's putty under the cap to prevent leaks. On top of that the cap damage the paint on top of the bed rails, and was rubbing off the paint in other areas. The installation cause the bed rails edge to bend down and damage the truck. The dealer in Bremerton WA offered no customer service, and would not accept a return on the same day of installation. But only offerd to re-adjust the rear door. To come back later to send the canopy back to paint. Upon return the dealer failed to refund the money for the failed product that did not fit c more
