My pet was sick and I went to Ellison Animal Hospital for my puppy. What was great is that as a walk in they we're able to schedule me right away. Unfortunately after arriving at my designated time I still had to wait 30 mins to be seen. The staff seemed very cheerful, but there was many periods where we were left waiting 30 mins at a time. When it came time to pay I waited an hr just to have them swipe my card along with 3 other people waiting to pay. The visit in totality was over 3 and a half hours. Also the tech did not explain to us what each medication was for, just how much to give and when but by the time we had realized this we had stayed passed closing to pay for our bill that when we called they were closed. Our tec also explained to us that today was his first day, and at most hospitals a tech would be shadowing a veteran employee. My husband and I both work at a hospital and we understand how quickly a patient can get aggravated if they are left waiting uninformed. It's
