This company is rinky dink. They measured and installed my shutters for a cut out knob and then did not order the correct shutter. Instead of assuming responsibility for installing a shutter that did not allow me to open my door (knob too close to shutter) they argued. I ended up buying two new knobs with levers positioned outward in order to accomodate the shutters and paying for the knobs and their installation along with the incorrect round knob and dummy knob I was told I needed. In short, it cost me several hundred dollars to cover their mistake and alot of unneccessary time to fix their screwup. Rather than continue arguing for the amount of the 2 additional doorknobs, I said I would write this review...
