My husband decided to spring for a Goodyear card, and put this whole purchase on credit - otherwise, we would NEVER have been able to afford this catastrophe.
When all was said and done, the work cost $3000 - yes, three THOUSAND dollars.
He had decided to get a bunch of ""little things"" fixed (door hinge bolts, weather stripping, scheduled maintenance on the transfer case, replace some leaky engine hoses, etc). He left it for a day, then paid and picked it up. Not a day later, and we started having serious problems with the A/C - it WILL NOT WORK. We took it back 3 TIMES (for the A/C, and a couple other things), and they suggested that it is just how the truck is...it takes a couple minutes for the A/C to kick on. We were aware of this, and told them so. This wasn't the problem...the A/C was blowing HOT AIR continuously - it did not work AT ALL, much less in a ""couple minutes"".
If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. My husband and I will end up having to pay off this stupid credit card for work that was never done correctly...and the kicker? We'll have to take it to another shop to ACTUALLY get it fixed...costing us more money.
INCOMPETENT! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
However, if you'd like to refer your enemies to the place, I'm sure you'll get enough enjoyment to last a lifetime. :D
