I am well aware that Citysearch will allow spam comments, but this is place is totally legit! I have visited head-shops all around this country since I was a teenager (I am now 34) so I would assume my opinion of this place is valid. So here it goes in one word: PERFECT!
I'm so sick and tired of listening to these forkin' glass snobs! Not American... blah, blah, blah. Guess what?? Neither are the clothes you're wearing, your iPod, or the computer from which you are able to read this review! As for the ""local artists"", go hug a tree and be merry. I am an an artist and could honestly care less about what that has to do with buying drug paraphernalia. Get real, people! I smoke because it makes me a little happier, not a little snobbier!
If all you can say about this store is that their glass is cheap (and it's not) then you definitely should take a break from writing reviews and leave it to the people who actually care about great customer service. To me, being treated like someone actually gives a damn about the fact that I am spending money at their place of business pretty much means everything - specially now-a-days when too many people have chips on their shoulders (yes, that includes YOU - glass snobs!). I don't care if you work at McDonalds or Microsoft... I want a smile and I want it to be HONEST! These guys are it!
Had one complaint today so I stopped by to let them know on the way home. I didn't want anything free or I wouldn't be spending $400/month at their place. Jason gets on the phone with the supplier in front of me, tells him what's going on and without even blinking he refunds me, no questions asked... no receipt - nothing. Guess who's coming back again? And again? And again....? Thanks fellas! I love being a regular at Smoke Dreamz!
