I will never return to the Denver Spoke. I typically find bike shop employees to be incredibly friendly and eager to help. Not so at The Denver Spoke. There was no other shoppers in the store and I still couldn't get anyone to help me. It seemed like I was putting them out. \r
To be fair, the guy at the service department was nice. Everyone else seemed like I shouldn't be there.
Pros: seem knowledgable
Cons: service, arrogant
