I stayed at this hotel almost every 2 weeks for the last 7 months. Every Sunday evening I checked in, Kelly was on duty Her customer service was outstanding. She remembered me and would produce a room and a key for me with amazing speed and accuracy. She is the reason I returned to this same hotel on each trip. I'd appreciate her pleasant manner in every transaction and the fact she always remembered me. She deserves an award to her superior customer service.
