No Bike and still No Refund 7/23/2010

My husband and I went to the store, and placed an order for a push bike for our 2.5 year old son. We were told that they would have to order it which we were fine with. We paid for it that day. Two weeks went by and we still didn't have the bike. I called them and asked what the status was on it. I was transferred to about 5 people. I am not kidding here either, and I was even disconnected and had to start over. I finally talked to someone who said the bike was out of stock, and may not be in for 4 to 6 weeks. He said he would look to see if he could find a similar one and call me back in 15 mins. I asked why no one called us and informed us of this. He said he didn't know. About a half hour later I called him back. Except, I didn't get him. I was passed around again until a Steve answered the phone. Steve was very short with me and informed me to call UPS bc they lost my kids bike!! I told him he had the wrong person, but he just kept talking. I finally said my kid is 2 years old! You have the wrong order! He then put me on hold. He came back and said my money would be refunded the next day. I said don't you need my name or credit card info? He said we have it. Well, needless to say, I have no bike, and I don't have my money back either. I am so frustrated with this entire thing. Oh yes, Steve , didn't even say bye. He just hung up. What the heck? How can they still have a business with this kind of service? We will NEVER go back there. Pros: Large selection Cons: Horrible customer service more
