Do NOT go to fast feet in concord mall! They ruined my wedding shoes and gave me neither a solution nor a refund! I had them dyed to match my blue sash and the straps on the shoe did not come out dyed. They blamed it on the shoe manufacturer (Nina). They did not tell me it would be a problem when I dropped them off!! Sandra said they could try to bleach them back, but the stitching may stay blue no guarantee. They would not provide any solution other than ""it's that type of shoe"". I was supposed to get a call back from the owner and never did. Sandra even stated that the owner does not even care about customer satisfaction. The man behind the counter said to me ""Stop Obsessing about your shoes not being perfect and just focus on being a bride"". This place obviously cares nothing about customer service.
