My child had the most horrific experience at the location behind Gold's Gym in Sugarhouse. The reason I know this is because the girl working told me and then I saw for myself. The minute I got there she said: 'I don't know what your daughter is doing but she's been in the bathroom for the past hour' ... Are you kidding me? I walk into the bathroom and she is sobbing sitting on the toilet. My daughter is 3 years old. How traumatizing for her. Turns out she had a rash and it hurt when she pee'd. You would think they would call me. They call for everything else. I checked her clothes and they were dry but there was a distinct wet spot on the floor in front of her and then I noticed its where her tears had been falling FOR AND HOUR!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous. I called the owner the next few business days and that is the opportunity you have to make things better and all she did was make things worse. Watch out for Nicole. All she will do is condescend to you and make excuses. At one point she got very snotty when I asked 'If you knew about this isn't it something you as an owner should check up on?' She said 'This is a daycare and kids cry I'm not going to check up on every kid that cries.' I responded by saying 'Maybe a child who cries when she pees might have a UTI and its something that should be treated'. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They are full of excuses and don't really care if you have a bad experience. Nicole's apology (the owner) was a pathetic excuse and nothing more. Avoid this place at all costs and find alternative care for your child unless you want them neglected when they most need attention
