The staff at Paul's dry cleaners, are incredibly rude. I have been going to Paul's for 6 years and today was my last day. A lady named Ruth who works there, has always been very rude to me, but today, she went as far as insulting my profession in the real estate industry and insinuating that I am not an important customer because I only go there 3 - 4 times a year. She also told me that she would no longer honor my discount that I have had there for 6 years. When I told her that I was going to take my business elsewhere, she just skoffed and said ""you only come in here 3 - 4 times a year anyway"". I would highly suggest not taking your business to Paul's dry cleaners. They are very overpriced as well.
