My husband has been a Royal Pond fan for many years. He wanted to upgrade my diamond in my wedding ring and I told him that we should go to Royal Pond since my husband is always telling me they have everything. We went there and told them what we were looking for which was about a 1.5 carat diamond. They of course had two of them. My husband paid him $1800.00 cash for a 1.57 carat diamond that I took to get inspected and appraised for $9200.00. The jeweler could not believe what we paid for the diamond, he said that he couldn't even buy diamonds direct for that price.
