I had my hair done here and loved the cut so I scheduled a highlight.
I thought the stylist and I were on the same page, but when it was done it was clear we were not. The salon made every effort and corrected it free of charge - thank goodness because prices are on the higher end and I hated my hair. After the correction, my hair was how I wanted it for the most part, but the hair stylist still assured me she was right. I'm not one to argue and I was just happy to have my hair fixed so I left and don't plan on returning.
